Winter dish proposal available only for the next few weeks

The secret to good cooking is to work with high quality ingredients; in this case, Asturian beans and Galician red clams. The second secret is to create a good “sofrito” and “fumet” with a lot of flavor. These are two secondary elaborations that our dish carries, but they are equal or more important than the beans and clams. Get warm at our first floor restaurant at Gran Via, 31!
